J5 - VEHICLE SUV RENTAL AGREEMENT (VRA)

This Vehicle Rental Agreement (VRA) entered between J5- VEHICLE RENTAL (J5 Rental or Owner), located in Davao City, and the INDIVIDUAL (You or Renter) completing this application. J5 Rental and Renter are referred to as Parties in this contract. This Vehicle Rental Agreement (VRA) hereby includes the terms and conditions accepted by the renter in this agreement.
